Tender of Station cleaning of Jhansi/VGLB station awarded on outcom e basis on GeM leading to reduction of 48.16% in yearly
expenditure. This was first tender on outcom e basis on GeM in NCR.
Lalitpur Good shed nom inated for round the clock working
Facility of e RR (electronic Railway Receipts) started on 10.06.21 in Jhansi division
First loading of Jawar in Jhansi division started Rairu on 23.07.21.
First contract of Jhansi division under Unsolicited Policy awarded in m onth of July for 6 Yatri Pratikshalay.
Contract for Two Wheeler Packaging under NINFRIS policy was awarded in m onth of July for GWL and VGLB (Jhansi) station.
One catering stall awarded at Banda Station & conversion of 15 Book stalls in to Multipurpose stalls.
Shortlisting of Petha, Gajak and Petha com pleted in m onth of June.

Beyond Doubt
He is an excellent officer, who even in tough COVID conditions worked in getting m ore new goods traffic and neutral the effect of
less passenger earnings. He led his team well and coordinated well with civil authorities during COVID tim e. He did an exceptional
job of finalising cleaning contract of Jhansi station on GEM, and saving alm ost 50% cost which was being paid annually before. He
has a good attitude for weaker section as well as Rajbhasha. Overall an excellent officer who has been working for IR and will do
m uch better if he im proves his knowledge of rules.
