TERMS OF REFERENCE

The Following terms of reference (TOR) is mutually agreed between both the parties, the faculty

& Students as well as the Marketing/Customer Service teams at Carrefour Gujranwala.

Project Title:

Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance sales of the Carrefour Gujranwala and
improves the customer satisfaction.

The Mandate:

Carrefour authorizes to collect the relevant data and information they have about the current
marketing strategy. It is also authorized from organization to collect data from market about
Carrefour by using the name of Carrefour.
