Objective – Activities

- The BFP is mandated to ensure public safety through the prevention and
suppression of all kinds of destructive fires; enforce the Fire Code of the
Philippines (PD 1185)
- investigate all causes of fires and file complaints with the appropriate
agencies; and assist the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP)

Reflection/Learnings**

The Knowledge and experiences during the task we perform, its hard but enjoy.
Sometimes we pressured doing the task and failed and also gave us more confident
to do it again so that we need to finish and proceed to the next task.

Tasks Performed

1st Day: Orientation by SFO2 May P. Donato and Tactical Inspection by SFO2 Roi
Nino Rivera, and lecture about Introduction to fire fighting and its causes and in the
afternoon we familiarizing the fire equipments and proper way of wearing Personal
Protective Equipment (PPE).

2nd Day: PFT or the physical fitness test and Lectures about CPR or
cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the Proper Emergency rescue transfer lectured
by sir FO3 Ace Marion Lopez

3rd Day: Open House and property housing. Intelligence and Investigation section/
Origin of fire lectured by Sir FO3 Mark Anthony A. Gambio. Proper Carrying and
First Aid kit/Earthquake Drill.
