2. Who are your key competitors? (Description)

Our key competitors are AMC Theatres, a food-ordering app for movie theatres in Saudi
Arabia. The app is among the few food-ordering apps in movie theatres.

Our other direct competitor is Book My Show, a show booking and food ordering app across
India. Other indirect competitors include Zomato and Swiggy.

3. What are the type and quality of competitors’ products? (Description)

AMC Theatre’s app is simple but incredibly easy to use. It lets users select upcoming and
now-playing movies, book their tickets, and also pre-book food and drinks. The app is
available in two languages, Arabic and English. The ordering of food is a little difficult and the
checkout process is tedious.

BookmyShow’s app is visually more ornate and geared towards helping users navigate its
large menu. Their menu offers various shows to choose from across India and even has a
food ordering menu. Assistive technologies like microphone features are available.

4. How do competitors position themselves in the market? (Description)

AMC Theatres position itself as a Saudi Arabia food ordering app for the elite. It offers
premium features for the elite class.

Bookmyshow positions itself as an app for the middle-class working Indian. It offers solutions
for weekend partying and ticket booking.

AMC Theatres don’t have much advertising. It is for the elite and hand-to-mouth advertising
is there.

Book My Show talks about itself as a solution for the middle-class Indian looking for a
