 Procurement focus on T&I since PMT consider T&I activities are more
critical than Operations.
 Not a single requisition from Operations being processed.
 Priority 1 requisition from Operations require to be secured before sail
away.

LTSA Segregation by Priority

 The segregation being made is based on maintenance planning in 2024 by quarters.

Priority 1 – Any work planned to be performed between April – September 2023

Priority 2 – Any work planned to be performed between October 2023 – March 2024
Priority 3 – Any work planned to be performed between April 2024 – September 2024.

 The purpose of segregation is because limitation on procurement who require to manage other
requisition from other departments.
