SUBJECT: COMPLAINT ON BEHALF OF MR. KARUN KUMAR FOR

REGISTERATION OF THE FIR U/S 420,415 OF THE INDIAN PENAL
CODE, 1860 AND SUCH OTHER RELEVANT PROVISIONS AS MAY BE
ATTRACTED AGAINST THE ACCUSED PERSON MENTIONED HEREIN
BELOW:
1. MR. DURGESH KUMAR YADAV, SON OF BASANT YADAV,
RESIDENT OF GRAM ASILPUR POST PHARIHA, ASILPUR,
AZAMGARH, UTTAR PRADESH – 223227

Respected Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that the above stated complainant, who is Mr.
Karun Kumar resident of Lodhi Road Complex, New Delhi – 110003, was
approached by Durgesh kumar yadav in the month of July, 2022 with a sole
motive of deceiving Mr. karun kumar into giving him money amounting to
30,000. Pretending to be in need of paying college fee, Mr Durgesh kumar
Yadav persuaded and made complainant believe in the false narrative which
resulted into finally succeeding in getting the money amounting 30,000 via UPI.
 First 10,000 was given Mr. Amit yadav via GOOGLE PAY dated:
20.07.2022
 Second 10,000 was given in the account of Mr, Durgesh kumar yadav via
PHONEPAY dated:21.07.2022
 Third 10,000 was also given via phonepay to Mr Durgesh kumar yadav
This has to be noted that it has been more than 5 months since Mr. Durgesh
kumar yadav has neither paid due money which he deceitfully borrowed nor he
has maintained any communication with complainant, complainant has tried to
get in touch with Mr. Durgesh with regard to getting his money back but to no
avail, Mr. Durgesh kept on dodging by not responding to call, messages on
various platform.
With respect to above mentioned facts and circumstances, complainant has all
the required concrete electronic evidence to justify his complaint and from the
facts and circumstances it is abundantly clear and evident that Mr. Durgesh
Kumar Yadav dishonestly and fraudulently induced the complainant to part
away with their hard earned money of 30,000.
Therefore, you are requested to register the FIR against Mr. Durgesh Kumar
Yadav, Son of Basant Yadav, Resident of Gram Asilpur post Phariha, Asilpur,
Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh-223227, under section 420,415 of the indian penal
code, 1860 and such other relevant provision as may be attracted for the offence
committed by Mr. Durgesh Kumar Yadav.
