1. Colombia

Colombia's soft power is based on its ethnic diversity, cultural heritage, and tourism.

Colombia boasts a rich ethnic diversity, allowing it to showcase the variety of its people and

culture to the world. Additionally, the country possesses significant tangible and intangible

heritage, bestowing a unique and appealing cultural identity upon it, which is attractive to

visitors. Cultural tourism also plays a crucial role in Colombia's soft power, as the country

has seen growth in this sector and has promoted policies to foster cultural tourism. Through

its ethnic diversity, cultural heritage, and tourism, Colombia can project a positive and

appealing international image, contributing to its soft power.

2. Germany

Germany was the original place of modern car invention as well as, is home of

multiple popular car brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, etc; which have been

a complete success in worldwide manufacture and distribution aspects. Equally important,

beer has become a pretty distinctive symbol of Germany on an international level, most of the

tourists that visit the country take the chance of tasting this characteristic drink, there are

different types of beer in which Germans put a lot of attention and take really serious its

elaboration.

3. Australia

Australia is well known because of its biodiversity, which has led to an ecological and

preservation culture. Its ecosystem is composed of more than 22,000 plant species, this is one

of the main sources of money for the country, due to the tourism Australia receives each year.

The Sydney Opera House is a great example of Australia’s soft power influencing and

attracting the world with its instinctive architecture and exciting cultural offerings. The Opera
House showcases Australia’s artistic quality through a wide range of productions, including

opera, ballet, and symphony concerts. This popular landmark, listed as a UNESCO World

Heritage site, acts as an inspiration of Australia’s cultural diversity attracting tourists,

fostering diplomatic relations, and constantly reminding the world of the country’s

contributions to the arts and the world’s cultural exchange.
