This task gives you a chance to
 master the different strategies in factoring algebraic expressions.
 create a factoring brochure

Task
1. The students will be grouped into 5 and will be assigned to the following topics:
Gr. 1: Factoring by common monomial factor
Gr. 2: Factoring difference of two squares
Gr. 3: Factoring sum and difference of two cubes
Gr. 4: Factoring perfect square trinomials
Gr. 5: Factoring general trinomials

2. The students will use their self learning module or may use the internet or other resource materials to find the
different strategies for factoring polynomials. (Do not copy the whole verse. Revise and use your own words.)
