Chapter I: Introduction

Proposed Name of the Event

Introducing "See me SCORE", where we embark on a journey to honor the
fundamental values of sportsmanship and foster a deep sense of camaraderie among
senior high school athletes. The acronym SCORE, representing Set, Cooperate, be as
One, Respect, and Enjoy, forms the cornerstone of our event, encapsulating the ideals
that guide our participants throughout their sporting endeavors.

Description of the Event

During this event, athletes will engage in various sports disciplines, engaging
their bodies and minds to achieve greatness. Whether it's the lightning-fast pace of
badminton, the raw athleticism of track and field, or the energetic and strategic play of
volleyball, each sport contributes to the vibrancy of our event. Through friendly
competition and thrilling matches, athletes will not only exhibit their exceptional skills but
also cultivate the spirit of unity that defines "See me SCORE." We believe that sports
can break down barriers and bridge gaps between individuals. By participating in "See
me SCORE," athletes will experience firsthand the joy of setting personal goals,
cooperating with teammates and opponents, and embracing a collective identity as a
unified force. Respect for one another, both on and off the field, is ingrained in the fabric
of our event, fostering an environment where everyone feels valued, appreciated, and
empowered.

Venue of the Event

For the proposed sports event, we have carefully chosen two venues to
accommodate the activities. The primary venue will be the Teresa Heights Volleyball
Court and Driving Range, situated at Sinagtala, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila.
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, we have designated the North Olympus
Clubhouse, located at Olympus, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as our backup
venue.
The selection of these venues was driven by several factors. Firstly, their
proximity to National University makes them highly convenient for the participating
students. By choosing venues close to the university, we aim to minimize travel time
and ensure easy accessibility for the student athletes. The Teresa Heights Volleyball
Court and Driving Range offers the ideal space and facilities to host the various
matches, with ample room for spectators and athletes alike. The venue's well-
maintained volleyball court and driving range provide an excellent backdrop for the

event, ensuring an optimal sports experience. In the event of any unexpected situations,
such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, the North Olympus
Clubhouse serves as a reliable backup venue. With its spacious area and amenities, it
can seamlessly accommodate the sports activities and provide a suitable alternative
location.
By carefully considering the convenience, suitability, and contingency measures
provided by these venues, we aim to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for
all participants and attendees of the proposed sports event.

Chapter II: Executive Summary

Introduction
"See me SCORE" is an event that celebrates sportsmanship and camaraderie
among senior high school athletes. The event focuses on the values of Set, Cooperate,
be as One, Respect, and Enjoy (SCORE), guiding participants throughout their sporting
endeavors. Athletes will engage in various sports disciplines, including badminton, track
and field, and volleyball, showcasing their skills and fostering unity. Through friendly
competition and teamwork, athletes will experience the joy of setting goals, cooperating
with teammates and opponents, and embracing a collective identity. Respect for others
is paramount, creating an inclusive and empowering environment for all participants.

Organizational Plan Highlight

Our event will feature three exciting games, each with its unique format and
duration. Firstly, we have volleyball, which will follow an individual elimination format. A
total of 33 teams will compete in 32 games over a span of 10 days. This intense
competition will showcase the skills and teamwork of the participating teams as they
strive to emerge victorious. Secondly, track and field will offer a thrilling double
elimination format. Players will go head-to-head, racing to complete all four laps of the
court. With 14 individuals participating, the event will feature 26-27 games, depending
on the outcomes of the winners and losers. The track and field competition will be held
over a span of 5 days, delivering non-stop action and fierce rivalries. Lastly, badminton
will captivate the audience with its round-robin elimination format. A total of 22 doubles
teams will engage in a staggering 231 games over the course of 15 days. This
comprehensive badminton tournament will test the endurance, agility, and strategy of
the players, culminating in an intense showdown to determine the ultimate champions.
Throughout the event, participants and spectators alike will witness impressive displays
of skill, sportsmanship, and dedication. The carefully designed formats and schedules of
each game ensure a thrilling and engaging experience for all involved.

Production Plan Highlight

After conducting extensive research and meticulous calculations, we have
determined the total costs associated with our event. The comprehensive budget for the
entire event amounts to PHP 170,277 encompassing various essential components
such as court rent, materials and equipment, trophies, medals, tarps, and worker fees.
The venue cost is estimated at PHP 300 per hour without lights and PHP 350 per hour
with lights. Additionally, there will be an additional fee of PHP 100 per day for the net

and scoreboard. To ensure fair and smooth gameplay, we have allocated PHP 8,590 for
referee fees throughout the duration of the event. Other miscellaneous expenses
include line judge's flags, whistles, and prizes, which have also been factored into the
budget. By accurately assessing and accounting for all these expenses, we have
developed a detailed and comprehensive budget plan to ensure the successful
execution of the event.

Marketing Plan Highlight

Our marketing and promotion strategy for the event will primarily focus on
targeting the senior high school students within our school. To achieve this, we will
strategically place posters in high-visibility areas, specifically in the floors where senior
high school classes are held. This approach ensures maximum exposure and
engagement from our target audience. In addition, we will collaborate with the NU
Fairview SHS Student Government and other NU Fairview SHS Organizations. By
leveraging their existing following and influence, we can promote our event on their
platforms, reaching a wider pool of potential athletes. This partnership will enhance our
visibility and credibility among the student body. Furthermore, we recognize the power
of social media in connecting with our target audience. We will actively utilize various
social media platforms to spread the word about the event. By creating engaging
content, leveraging hashtags, and engaging with our followers, we aim to generate
excitement and encourage participation. Our comprehensive marketing and promotion
strategy aims to effectively reach and engage senior high school students, leveraging
both traditional and digital channels to maximize awareness and participation in our
event.

from diverse backgrounds unite, celebrating the spirit of sportsmanship, fostering
camaraderie, and inspiring a lifelong love for sports.

(SCORE). We strive to create an environment that promotes teamwork, mutual respect,
and personal growth, enabling athletes to unleash their potential and forge meaningful
connections. Through exhilarating competitions, we aim to inspire a passion for sports,
