"In our upcoming event, we are honored to host
two distinguished international players who will
impart valuable training to our students,
providing them with a unique opportunity to
learn from the best in the field. Subsequently,
we are delighted to welcome 15 esteemed
dignitaries, where the focal point of discussion
will revolve around the emergence of sports as
a catalyst for city development. The insights
and experiences shared by these dignitaries will
undoubtedly enrich our students'
understanding, offering a holistic perspective on
the transformative power of sports in shaping
cities and communities."
 Event Budget Breakdown:
1. Auditorium: Securing a suitable venue for the event.

2. Travel Fare for Dignitaries: Allocating 60,000 per guest for travel expenses, with an estimated total of 6,00,000 for 10 guests.

3. Mentors & Guest Kits: Providing customized kits for mentors and guests, including caps, event details, pens, notebooks, and awards, at an estimated
cost of 100-150 per guest. Total expense for 20 guests: 3,000.

4. Participation Kits: Supplying caps, event details, pens, and notebooks for participants at an estimated cost of 70-100 per person. Total expense for 200
participants: 20,000.

5. In-between Refreshments: Budgeting 5,000-7,000 for refreshments during the event.

6. Lunch: Allocating 2,00,000 for catering lunch during the event.

7. Dinner: Budgeting 2,50,000 for a dinner event.

8. Hotel Stay (Guests from Outside Delhi): Providing accommodation for guests coming from outside Delhi, with an estimated cost of 15,000.

9. Volunteers: Allocating 1,000 for volunteer-related expenses.

10. Batches & Certificates: Preparing batches and certificates at an estimated cost of 10,000.

Total Estimated Budget: 11 Lakhs
