In 10H, the Prophet (PBUH) performed Farewell Pilgrimage. 9. When the Prophet (PBUH) fell ill and was unable to visit his mosque, he directed Abu Bakr to lead the Prayers. 10. After the Prophet’s death, the hypocrites tried to create discord regarding the Caliph. 11. Since Abu Bakr was the most respectable among all, everyone pledged his fealty to him.
