DEED OF QUITCLAIM

That I, ALFREDO MANUEL BACALA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and resident of Tangcarang
Alaminos City, Pangasinan, for and in consideration of the love and affection, and other valuable
consideration to us rendered and given to us in the past by my children namely: ALFIE BAYBON
BACALA married to SHERYL LEE BITO-BACALA, LENY BAYBON BACALA, single and ALPHA
BAYBON BACALA, single, all of legal ages, Filipino Citizens, and residents of Brgy. Tangcarang,
Alaminos City, Pangasinan, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose
and say:

-WITNESSETH THAT-

That I, ALFREDO MANUEL BACALA, has a certain parcel of land which is more particularly
described as follows to with:

“A parcel of land, declared under Tax Declaration No. 2018-36-01243, Cad. Lot No.
2302-PART, located at Brgy.Tangcarang, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, containing an area of
(775) square meters; bounded on the North by Lot 2302-PART; on the East 2302-PART, on
the South by BARANGAY ROAD and on the West by Lot 2302-PART.”

-FURTHER WITNESSETH-

THAT I, ALFREDO MANUEL BACALA, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, and resident of
Brgy.Tangcarang, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, do hereby WAIVE, RENOUNCED, RELINGUISHED, and
FOREVER QUITCLAIM all my rights, title, interest, participation over the above described lot, which is
free from all liens, charges and encumbrances whatsoever and hereby warrant peaceful possession and
ownership of the same and further defend their rights, title, interest against any lawful claim or claims of
any other person whomsoever. That Article 1623 of the Civil Code of the Philippines has been duly
complied with. That the above described property is being quitclaim as follows to with:

a. To: ALFIE BAYBON BACALA – Lot 2302-B-6 containing an area of 346 square meters;

b. To: ALPHA BAYBON BACALA – Lot 2302-B-1 containing an area of 205 square
meters;

c. To: LENY BAYBON BACALA – Lot 2302-B-2 containing an area of 147 square meters;
