This Extrajudicial Settlement with Waiver of Rights has been executed this
__________, by and among:

JULIUS B. LANONTE, of legal age, single, Filipino, and a resident at Brgy. 105
Suhi, St. Francis Village, Tacloban City;

MA. MANILYN B. LANONTE, of legal age, single, Filipino, and a resident of

Brgy. 105 Suhi, St. Francis Village, Tacloban City;

CHRISTOPHER B. LANONTE, of legal age, married, Filipino, and a resident of

Brgy. 105 Suhi, St. Francis Village, Tacloban City;

MICHAEL B. LANONTE, of legal age, married, Filipino, and a resident of Brgy.

105 Suhi, St. Francis Village, Tacloban City; and

GUALBERTO B. LANONTE, of legal age, married, Filipino, and a resident of

Brgy. 105 Suhi, St. Francis Village, Tacloban City;

WITNESSETH:

That the herein parties are the legitimate and compulsory heirs of MARIANITO
ROSALES LANONTE and CLARITA BACLEA-AN LANONTE, who died in May 23,
2023 in Tacloban City and November 8, 2013 in Tacloban City, respectively, being the
only surviving children of the deceased;

That decedent MARIANITO ROSALES LANONTE and CLARITA BACLEA-

AN LANONTE were the owners of a house and lot described as Lot No. 23, Block 9,
situated in Suhi, Tacloban City, and covered under Transfer Certificate of Title No. 122-
2019000371, issued by the Registry of Deeds for Tacloban City, described as follows:

A certain land situated in Suhi, Tacloban, Leyte, Leyte, bounded and described
as follows: Lot No. 23, Block No. 9, Plan No. PSD-08-039036-D, Portion of Lot 2 (LRC)
PCS-16475, located at Suhi, Tacloban Leyte, Leyte, with the following technical
description:

BOUNDARIES

1-2 NE ROAD LOT 7, PSD-08-039036-D

2-3 SE LOT 25, BLOCK 9, PSD 08-039036-D
3-4 SW LOT 24, BLOCK 9 PSD-08039036-D
4-1 NW LOT 35, BLOCK 9, PSD-08-039036-D

CONTAINING AN AREA OF FORTY (40) SQUARE METERS, more or less.

That the said decedents died intestate and without any known debts or
obligations of any kind whatsoever, and the parties are the known legitimate surviving
heirs;

That the parties, being all of legal age and with full capacity to contract, hereby
adjudicate unto themselves their respective shares of the above-described real
properties pursuant to Section 1 of Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, and they have agreed,
as they hereby agree, to divide the parcels of land among themselves equally;

That herein surviving children are willing to renounce and waive their right to
their shares in the afore-described real property in favor of the their sibling, JULIUS B.
LANONTE;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, and

invoking the provision of Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the parties here to
have agreed among themselves to settle the above described estate, as the herein
children by these presents hereby waive and renounce their shares over the afore-
described real property in favor of the JULIUS B. LANONTE, subject, however, to
contingent liabilities to creditors, heirs or other persons who might have been deprived
of lawful participation of the estate of the decedent, for a period of two (2) years from
and after the settlement and distribution thereof, in accordance with the provision of
Section 4, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court.

the acknowledgement is written and signed by the parties and their instrumental
witnesses on the left margin of each and every page hereof.
