RENDANG MEAT

INGREDIENTS
- 500 gr of meat
- 1 stem of lemongrass geprek
- 3 pieces of orange leaves
- 2 pieces of bay leaf
- 1 segment galangal geprek
- 2 cm cinnamon
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp beef broth and salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- Lime
- 500 ml coconut milk from 1/2 coconut
Seasonings are smooth:
- 4 cloves garlic
- 6 shallots
- 2 pecans
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 3 large red chilies (deseeded)
- 2 cm turmeric
- 3 cm ginger

How to make:
- Wash the meat thoroughly, cut it to taste, squeeze the lime, then wash it again
- Puree the seasoning, then sauté the spices finely with lemongrass, orange leaves, bay
leaves, cinnamon and galangal until cooked
- Put the meat, mix well, then enter coconut milk. Cook over low heat while stirring
occasionally.
- Then put salt, broth, cumin, pepper and brown sugar, let stand until the seasoning
permeates and the water shrinks.
- Correct the taste, remove and serve.
