have the honour to invite you to participate in the third edition (2023) of

The International Conference East-West Dialogue with the topic “Quo Vadis Intelligence”.
Friday, July 7th, 2023, 11:00 – 17:00 Hrs
The concept of “intelligence” is plurisemantic: Information, Intelligence, Knowledge, Thorough Understanding of the world and reality(ies) we are crossing, as well as the current
international developments require a combined approach of these significations, to find the most appropriate solutions for keeping the balance of international powers and for raising
the standard of living of the world population.
We invite specialists in the fields of History, Intelligence, Political Sciences, Geopolitics, Psychology, Law, International Relations, Mass media, Communication (but not only) to
participate with papers (of 20 minutes) to express their opinions regarding the addressed topic of the conference.
The conference will take place in a hybrid format, at the headquarters of the Hyperion University in Bucharest,
and on Google Meet and will be broadcast live on Facebook.
