3. Work Procedures
a) The equipment location is marked on site and all the necessary material are
arranged to bring to lower roof.
b) The primary support which are the I beams are installed by securing onto the
existing Up-Stand RC Parapet using chemical bolts and nuts.
c) The buffer tank is hoisted through the opening of trellis to sit onto the
primary support.
d) The secondary support which serves as foundation for buffer tank is then
secured onto the primary support using bolts and nuts.
e) The four main support legs of the buffer tank are secured on top of the base
frame of the secondary support.
f) Those CHWS piping, butterfly valves connecting to buffer tank are supported
with beams which secured onto the existing up-stand RC parapet as well.
a) Remove any floor protection and debris after completion of the work.
b) Clean the work area upon completion.
c) Ensure the smoke detectors and beams detectors are being normalized if
any.
