    ITEM DESCRIPTION : FIRE RESISTANT SUIT


    PR NAME CONVENTION : PR_NAC_01P105_UNBW_20230330
    WBS : NACAP-2023-SFTY-MEQ-SUIT

    Sir,

    As part of the procuring procedure to justify the items to be purchased, as end user, justifies the necessary
    purchase of the item due to the following reasons;
    a. Compliance in RA 9514, the Fire Code of the Philippines.
    b. Our facility is categorized as High Risk category wherein we must have a Fire Brigade. This item
    plays the majority role of the brigade.
    c. Without this item, our Fire Brigade is incomplete and thus non compliant.
    d. Besides, it was already discussed during the Asset Review Committee in presence of Atty. Gina
    Matinez, Maria Angela Villamor, Rommel L. Cruz and Martiniano M. Montemor.

    Hence, this request don’t have any reason to be defied.

    Thank you and hoping to have this item justified.
