SDRRM ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

School Year 2020-2021

The following were School Disaster Risk Reduction management activities of the school accomplished in the
school year 2020-2021:

1. Posted safety precaution and instruction about the Pandemic.

2. Crafted directional patterns and, painted the school entrance and exit
3. Set up school triage with washing hand washing facility
4. Organized SDRRM committee
5. Crafted contingency Plan.
6. Accomplished hazard mapping
7. Joined series of seminars regarding DRRM
8. Purchased first aid equipment
9. Participated in the National Conduct of Fire and Earthquake Drills (online and actual)
10. Accomplished reports during natural disaster
11. Constant information dissemination to all stake holders about the procedure in school during
earthquake or fire

As the School Disaster Risk Reduction Management coordinator, I have accomplished and submitted
all required reports to the division office.
