1ST PROJECT: Spam Musubi Kiosk

Technological Feasibility:

A Spam Musubi Kiosk does not require any advanced or modern machinery in

order to be operable. However, it is possible and highly suggested to utilize the virtual

platforms, e.g., Facebook and TikTok, as promotional tools. Additionally, the ingredients

for the Spam Musubi are easily procurable and easy to create. While a Spam Musubi

kiosk can function without advanced machinery, utilizing online platforms for marketing

and the accessibility of its ingredients make it a feasible and enticing venture to explore.

Economic Feasibility:

A Spam Musubi Kiosk is economically promising due to various factors that

contribute to the possibility of generating profit and sustainability. A small yet cute kiosk

requires a low initial investment, primarily in equipment and ingredients. Also, kiosks

can effectively operate with only a few staff members. Hence, they can function

efficiently and serve customers in a minimum time frame. Not to mention, a small Spam

Musubi kiosk can be erected in a strategic position, i.e., near offices or schools, which

increases foot traffic over time.


Legal Feasibility:

At first, good stovetops and frying pans are needed to prepare fried noodles.

Modern appliances are not necessary as long as they are durable enough to be used in

cooking. And the same goes for the tools used in preparation. Additionally, market

vendors now sell instant noodles. Now, making homemade noodles is no longer

necessary, though it is not entirely discouraged.

Economic Feasibility:

Fried Noodles are considered economically feasible mainly due to their affordable

ingredients. Its core ingredients are generally affordable and widely available. It can also

be portioned beforehand for every serving. This part greatly reduces food waste,

contributing to the kiosk’s economic efficiency. The process of making fried noodles can

be simplified, especially with the use of standardized procedures.

Legal Feasibility:

The opening of a Fried Noodles kiosk needs compliance with numerous legal

guidelines, licenses, and obligations. Regulations governing food safety must be

followed. The appropriate procedures must be followed to get business permits. Laws

governing labour must be carefully followed. Otherwise, it won’t be possible to operate

even a kiosk without the necessary legal and health requirements.

Starting a Fried Noodles kiosk calls for careful consideration of organizational as

pects to ensure effective management and operational efficiency. The Fried Noodle

kiosk’s inventive menu reduces operational intricacy by making it simpler. At the same

time, kiosks can function with a small workforce. They can work effectively without

much outside interference. This way, overseeing the workforce, and the production

process becomes easier.

Scheduling Feasibility:

Even though creating Fried Noodles is slightly difficult, the time required to do so

is still reasonable. This makes managing the kitchen process and allocating resources

easy. Simultaneously, a modest Fried Noodles kiosk can employ full-time or part-time

workers. The efficient use of time and energy contributes to the scheduling feasibility of

3rd PROJECT: Cascaron Kiosk

Technological Feasibility:

The production process of making Cascaron only demands conventional

equipment, like a relatively large wok. It does not require any modern equipment.

Furthermore, it only needs to be stored in a well-sanitized storage equipment so as to not

endanger the customers.

Economic Feasibility:

Procuring the ingredients and equipment necessary for producing Cascaron is

very affordable. Its core ingredient is flour, which can be purchased in bulk for a low

price. Melting the muscovado or sugar may consume a reasonable portion of energy but it

can be justified by its price. It can attract curious buds of passer-by’s and could

potentially incur foot traffic.

Legal Feasibility:

Opening a Cascaron kiosk would require legal documents and licenses from the

respective agencies. Business permits must be obtained to ensure customers that the kiosk

is legally able to market its goods. And adherence to health safety standards in order to

ensure the safety of customers consuming the food.


Organizational Feasibility:

Initiating a Cascaron kiosk only needs a few workers in order to achieve

organizational efficiency.

Scheduling Feasibility:

Cascaron production takes time, but it is well worth the effort. This makes

running the kitchen as easy as possible. A Cascaron kiosk can employ full-time workers

in the kitchen and part-time workers in the other fields at the same time. The dish may be

scheduled with ease because of the effective use of time and energy, especially in
