PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:

The learner maintains an active lifestyle to influence the physical activity participation of the
community and society practices healthy eating habits that support an active lifestyle

Competency:

a. Assess physical activities, exercises and eating habits PE10PF -IIIa - h -39
b. Engage in moderate to vigorous physical activities for at least 60 minutes a day in and
out of school PE10PF -IIIc - h -45
c. expresses a sense of purpose and belongingness by participating in physical activity-
related community services and programs PE10PF-IIIch-48

At the end of the session, students are expected to:


1. Identify the different Hip Hop dance style
2. Demonstrate the Different dance style
3. Participate actively in class discussion
