PART 01

Task 01

Assume that you have joined a quantity consultancy services. Your superior has advised you to
prepare the following for the plan by referring to the attached detailed drawing Bldg/Str/01.

a. Take off measurements in accordance to the NRM2 for the structural drawings by preparing
the following documents for the defined scope:

- TDS Sheets [80 Marks]

- Query Sheet [10 Marks]

The Scope shall be:

 Concrete
 Form work

 Reasonable assumptions shall be made where required and noted.

Task 02
Upon reviewing the TDS sheets and the query sheet prepared by you, your superior now instructs
you to produce the Bill of Quantities.
[10 Marks]

It is not required to price the BOQ. However, the item number, description, units and quantities
should be completed.
