The Professional Academy of the Philippines will participate in the upcoming Arbor Day on June
24, 2023. It is an event initiated by the City of Naga-Local Government Unit to promote
environmental sustainability and conservation in our community.

We are asking from your good office to help us identify an area where we can plant our 30
Narra tree seedlings. We believe that this activity will not only contribute to a greener and
healthier environment but also foster a sense of community engagement and environmental
awareness among the participants.

We are open to discussing any concerns or suggestions you may have regarding the event
logistics, site preparation, or any other relevant matters. Additionally, we would be honored if a
representative from your department could join us during the event to address the participants
and share insights on the importance of environmental conservation.

We genuinely appreciate your consideration of our request and look forward to your favorable
