Council for the Protection of Children (PCPC) and the Early Childhood Care and
Development (ECCD) Program celebrates the National Children’s Month with a
theme: “Healthy, Nourished, Sheltered: Ensuring the Right to Life for all” this coming
November 29, 2023 at the Governor Douglas RA Cagas Sports Complex and Business
Center, Brgy. Matti, Digos City.

In lieu with this, the 26 Barangay Child Representatives of Digos City, who is a
bonafide student of your school, are requested to attend the said event
accompanied by the City Social Welfare and Development Officer (CSWDO). We
would like to excuse from his/her classes for today in order
