“Pre-service Management Teachers' Efficacy, Resilience and Burnout: Examining the
relationship” in partial fulfillment of his B. Ed Management program.
Any information provided will be used solely for the purpose of the study. Your anonymity and
confidentiality are fully assured, therefore do not indicate your name or identity on this
questionnaire. This may take between 15 to 25 minutes of your time. For the questions, you are
expected to be as truthful as possible in answering the questions since information given by you
could assist in policy formation
