BACKGROUND THE BUSINESS

Lumpia ni Kuya Jep came from the name of the leader of the group.
They got his name to attract more customers specially those who admires
him as Kuya Jep.
The name Lumpiang Shanghai hints at the Chinese origin of lumpia,

which first traveled to the Philippines with ninth – century Chinese traders.
Rolls similar to lumpia are made throughout Asia – in China, they’re fried
and called spring rolls ( or egg rolls, in Chinese – American cooking ).
Fresh Lumpia is a delicacy in the Philippines and made with crepe -like
homemade wrappers filled with romaine lettuce, shrimp, shredded, chicken,
bamboo shout, carrots, coconut heart of palm and then served with
homemade sweet soy dipping sauce.
Time and again, these spring rolls, which also go by the name lumpia,
are bought to the Philippines by early Chinese traders. Even if it is all just
cabbage and some vegetables wrapped around ,ancient Filipinos came to
love this food.
INTRODUCTION

As the start of person to person interaction. Many schools are back to

open and start the new normal learning. Many activities and programs are
now happening as part of the schools event. Teachers and students are
always active in participating.
One of the schools event is the campus intramurals which will be held
at Aparri West National High School on December 10 and 11. Students will
join the different activities in sports and athletics. As part of the program,
the Senior High School Students will have the Entrepreneurship Day.
Grade 12 TVL (AFA, HE) and HUMSS were grouped and shall have
their own booths and will sell their products to every students and teachers
of Aparri West National High School. Lumpia ni Kuya Jep is one of the
participating booths. Lumpiang gulay will be the product to sell and buko
juice for the drinks.
In the end of this program, students will learn in market-based that

will give them interest in making their own business in the future.
MARKET ANALYSIS

To those handsome and pretty costumers of Aparri West National High

School. A newly proposed business which is named Lumpia ni Kuya Jep,
lumpiang gulay will be the main product that they to make and it is a very
delicious twist of lumpia version. If you buy, it’s like you got what you want
from your crush.
The demand for lumpia product is estimated to be very high, specially

for Senior High School Students as well as the young entrepreneurs, lower
level students and also the teachers of Aparri West National High School.
Hoping to like the lumpia because it gives the body to boost and get
vitamins like vitamin A, C and E.
MARKET PLAN

Lumpia ni Kuya Jep was planned to launch on December 10 and 11

during the intramurals program at Aparri West National High School so with
the preparation of the store booth.
Young entrepreneur planned to design their booth with recyclable
materials, the interior design of it will be a Christmas theme. In front of it is
their logo painted by their members.
Every material will be brought by the members. Each member assigned

to have their different works. Some of them will prepare the materials
needed in selling. And some of them will be assigned to cook their product.
10 pesos for 3 pieces will be the price of the lumpia product. Also the
young entrepreneurs add buko juice to complement their lumpia product.
Young entrepreneurs targeting to triple the budget of their product, At

the end of their Entrepreneurship Day.
BENEFITS OF THE BUSINESS

in different aspects such as:
Nutrients is one of the benefits that students will get in every food
specifically when eating the Lumpiang gulay product.
Young entrepreneurs will be benefit social skill through interacting

with students/players and teachers.
The young entrepreneurs will benefit cooking skill in the way that
she/he might become more knowledgeable in cooking of different dishes.
Mental skill ability of the young entrepreneurs will be improved by

doing the computation in giving the change of the customers.
Young entrepreneurs will get a hands-on experience in everything such

as selling, computing, cooking and interacting.
Applying concepts on the actual process will help them to be a

successful entrepreneur in the future.
Students may have experience in selling and computing Gross profit.
Teachers will be aware that every students have different talents.

will satisfy the costumers. Showing the skills and abilities to everyone that
will make an impact and will leave to their mind by their creative mind.
Applying learnings in life from the business activity will help in decision
making for a better future.
VISION
Lumpia ni Kuya Jep wanted to shine and make a name in business.
Not just to make money but to make hope to become successful in every
way and in any way. Serving the country and producing healthy products to
people will be their target.
