 Relay trouble shooting.
 Timer troubleshooting.
 Lighting trouble shooting.
 Neon lighting trouble shooting.
 Motor repair
 Panel board termination

MECHANICAL:
H.V.A.C / (heat ventilating air conditioning)

 Operate chiller type centralize air conditioning.

 Preventive maintenance of chiller type.
 Adjust temperature.
 Adjust hot water valve.
 Monitor the normal function of air handling units.
 Control all system of air condition.
 Compressor planned preventive maintenance.
 Compressor repair.
 AC motor change shaft bearing.
 Preon change.
 Increase air blower speed.
 Pulley alignment.
 Thermostat setting
