I declare that this portfolio which I will be submitting for the Capability building program
for Trainers Methodology Level I is my own personal effort. The content presented is the
result of comprehensive review and research from industry requirements, training
regulations and other sources of information in designing training program.

This portfolio contains CBC, CBLM, sample session plan, training activity matrix,
Competency Assessment Tools, Deployed Competency Assessment Tools, Validated
Assessment Tools and other related documents. In-depth study was conducted to
determine if it will meet industry requirements. Hence, the skills gap that was identified in
this study will be the basis for training enhancement and guide for program offering. This
will ensure for the training institution to provide quality and efficient skills enhancement
training.
