1. App Tagline: Use the app statement: E.g. "My app is called app name and it provides

group of users with a solution to help them with their problem(s)". E.g., My app is

called “UniWash” and it provides university students with a social app to help them

learn to wash their clothes at local laundromats.

1.1 Timing Tab, a work management app, is designed to help companies and enterprise to

improve efficiency in people management, stuff communication, and project scheduling

monitor. It is quite easy to employee to record their attendance, recording their work diary,

and communicate their project schedules and procedures. Others meeting appointment,

applying business expense etc.

2. Synopsis: What is your app about? Provide more detail to explain what your app is

(at least a paragraph).

Actually, the app works for companies in management, people organization, attendance,
project monitors, daily recording, more functions still developing and in the middle of mind

storm.

Main characteristics:

2.1 It can upload the people attendance and daily recording automatically, at the same

time, the director can monitor the people working conditions or status

2.2 It can set up working hours, leave for business, shift scheduling and other attendance,

working area, and calculate automatically and in current time, so as to improve work

efficiency and save labor expense.

2.3. It is easy to use,, and the statistical report is automatically generated to facilitate human

resource management.

3. Genre: What kind of app is it? Where would it fit within the app store?

3.1 This is efficiency app, can work on APPLE STORE and ANDROID platforms.

4.Unique Value Proposition: What is your unique value proposition for your app?

4.1 Can set attendance clock reminder to avoid forgetting or missing clock in time

4.2 To make sure all the SOP ( standard operation procedures) should be on the line rather

than stray away from the purpose.

5. Key content: What will your app include? What is the main content that will be

included in the app? You can write this as a list.

5.2 work platforms like SVN( everyone share platforms, if someone makes mistake or come

up with risk operation it can provide the revoked functions

6. Functionality: What functionality will the app need? E.g., a search bar and filter

options for selecting content, a calendar for booking dates, a map for locating nearest

options etc. You can write this as a list.

7.1I wish the small business companies the people from 15-60 can use my app, because the

first stage is the basic function to recording the issue for management, but in the second

stage. The data analyze should be the significant part of Timing Tab, because it will not only

help improve efficiency in the people but also give suggestion in conduct the resources in the

companies in money, raw material, working space. Biding information.

differentiation (what sets yours apart from the others or what is it offering that is

different from others)?

9. Initial Visualisations: Include your initial/draft IA map that shows the structure of your

app and 1-2 sentences that describes/explains it. Include your initial/draft concept

development visualisations such as UX flow charts, screen wireframes and mock-ups.


The App probably very concise and useful, not high awesome profile to attract people, it just

is for work.
