Application of large quantity of water or foam from
fire fighting vehicles requires the use of specially
designed monitors mounted on these vehicles. For
the problems associated with manual operation of
such monitors (which requires operators to climb
atop the vehicle), AAAG Remote Control Vehicle
Monitors provide the ideal solution. This allows
operation of the monitor from the safety of the
vehicle cabin.
AAAG Remote Control Vehicle Monitors are fitted
with DC motors, and powered from the vehicle LV
voltage system itself, thus no external power is
required. The Operator Console located inside the
cabin allows control of the horizontal and vertical
movement of the monitor, as also the discharge
pattern of the nozzle. The problem of space inside
the cabin is addressed through a compact
'Joystick' Console, which also makes the operation
simple and convenient.
In the event of any failure/ problem with the power
system, the Monitor can be operated manually.
Ergonomically designed handwheels and
handlebars make the manual handling easy and
convenient. Our Remote Control Vehicle Monitors
can be fitted with a range of AAAG matching
Monitor nozzles (Super Stream, Water cum Foam,
Foam Barrels).
