DUTY GUARDS AND PERSONNELS;

1. Under section of paragraph/Article of the Revised PBMA By-

laws series of .
“Mandating and Ordering the Master’s General Services (MGS) to take charge all
posting areas under the PBMA Facilities and Centers’, which is the legal basis of all
guards concerned.
2. Published herewith is the Duty Detail Order covering period of 2017,
changes of schedule may vary under any circumstances without prior notice.
3. Duty guards and personnel’s have full control in the Area of Responsibility during the
period stipulated in the detail order.
4. All deputies, guards, and personnel’s must follow the Eleven (11) General Order,
and MGS Creed.
5. Observed posting time (1st shift @ 6am-2pm; 2nd Shift 2pm-10pm; 3rd Shift 10pm-
6am)
6. Observed proper uniform, Identification Tags, and other Gears stipulated in the
Operation Manual.
7. Perform duties and Functions task to the assigned post, Logbooks, and Incident
Report must be prepared.
