We are looking for a tech-savvy ICT Officer technician to be responsible for providing technical assistance
with computer systems, hardware, and software. As a help desk technician, you are responsible for
responding to email, chat, or phone queries and offering technical support to customers using computer
systems, hardware, and software.

To be a successful help desk technician, you should be well-versed in all aspects of computer systems
configuration, set up, and maintenance. You should also have excellent interpersonal and
communication skills.

ASSISTANT ICT SUPPORT JOB DESCRIPTION

• Schedule computer related services, maintenance

• Provide end user support

• Manage Users on biometric access

• Social Media Management for the company

• Configure and troubleshoot local Area Network in the Commission.

• Develop, Maintain and document reports for all applications.

• Recommend upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment.

• Provide technical support and guidance to users of systems and networks.

• Monitor and support users calls/queries and call tracking system.

• Maintain integrity of the networks, server deployment and system security.

ICT Officer Technician Requirements:

A+, N+, SECURITY+

VOIP Telephone added advantage

Google workspace

MS 365
A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.

Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

An openness to learning new technologies

Age 23-26
