TUY SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL RULES AND REGULATIONS

Personnel (as adopted from REGION IV-A RESOLUTION NO. 01, S. 2019 pp. 18-20)

Do’s
1. Respect each other’s rights relating to physical appearance, social status and personal
deficiencies.
2. Observe proper hairstyle, attire and wear school ID in accordance with school rules and
regulations.
3. Observe appropriate language in interacting with others.
4. Observe appropriate conduct.
5. Observe school rules on the proper use of mobile phones and other electronic gadgets.
6. Observe proper care and use in handling personal belongings of others.
7. Seek assistance of any school personnel if you feel unsafe, threatened, offended or
Abused, and other circumstances analogous to the preceding enumerations.

Don’ts
1. Discriminate against or unfairly treat others by reason of physical appearance, social
status, age and personal deficiencies
2. Wear inappropriate school hairstyle and attire during school hours or activities.
3. Curse or use offensive language, including name calling, verbally or in writing, using any
mode of communication such as but not limited to text/private messaging, social media and others.
4. Engage in quarreling, spanking, kicking, punching, hitting, or other violent behavior.
5. Involve themselves in gambling, stealing, joining gangs, fraternities and sororities, and
other forms of misconduct.
6. Cut/skip classes; loiter in computer shops, billiard halls, malls and other amusement
center during school hours
7. Bring, carry nor use marijuana or illegal drugs within and outside the school premises.
8. Carry deadly instruments that may be used as a weapon to attack or harm others.
9. Smoke cigarettes/e-cigarettes and other tobacco products.
10. Bring alcoholic beverages or enter the school under the influence of illegal substance.
11. Engage with classmates or schoolmates in sexually provocative acts, inappropriate
touching, acting in a sexually aggressive manner, making sexual gestures and telling
jokes with sexual undertones nor bring, produce or watch pornographic materials or
images in school.
12. Use mobile phones and other electronic gadgets inside the classrooms, except under reasonable
circumstances
13. Destroy or damage personal belongings of others including but not limited to books,
journals, bags, clothing and gadgets.
14. Destroy or damage school properties.
15. Hesitate to report or ask assistance in incidents of abuse, violence, exploitation,
discrimination, bullying and other forms of abuse.
16. Falsely accuse or make stories of wrongdoing of others for the purpose of revenge,
retaliation or other bad motives.
17. And other circumstances analogous to the preceding enumerations.
