PUPIL’S GUIDELINES ON SCHOOL RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. To attend classes regularly; Monday to Friday except holidays and observe daily time schedule. Flag
Ceremony 7:30, Flag Retreat 4:30.
2. To wear prescribed and clean clothes everyday.
3. To observe descent and proper grooming (haircut for boys and detangle for girls).
4. To show proper behavior in and out of school premises.
5. To stay in the school during the whole duration of classes.
6. To ask permission from the adviser, school guidance or school principal in case of going out early of the
time schedule.
7. To restrict myself from falsifying, forging, tampering any school records such SF9, grading sheets, and
other pertinent papers.
8. To avoid making troubles, quarrels and other disturbances.
9. To show respect, courtesy to co-pupils, teachers, parents and visitors at all times.
10. To report to the teachers anything found things such as; pencil, ballpen, books, paper, money, bags,
jewelry, cellphone, slippers, and other things.
11. To prohibit myself from taking drugs, alcoholic drinks and smoking.
12. To study my lessons, making assignment, projects and other requirements.
13. To bring the necessary materials required by the teachers; such as books, pencil, ballpen, crayons,
notebook, writing pads and others.
14. To properly ask from my teacher for my personal necessities.
15. To avoid unnecessary absences, tardiness in coming to school and that of cutting classes.
16. To attend activities; Sports, BSP/GSP, RCY, Band, Campus Paper, Academic contest and other related
activities In school, district, division, region and or in national level.
17. To restrict myself from vandalism and distraction of school property/ies.
18. To avoid threatening and harassing my co-pupils and teachers.
19. To refrain from carrying any deadly weapons.
20. To avoid stealing money, and other things in and out of the school premises.
21. To inform my teacher, school principal if in case I will transfer to other school or I will stop schooling.
22. To observe strictly these school guidelines on rules and regulations.

Any violation/s of the above-stated rules and regulations will undergo disciplinary actions that may
result to SUSPENSION or EXPULSION depending on the degree of the offense/s committed.
