MISSOULA, MT (September 7, 2023) Only a few spots remain for Missoula Aging Services
(MAS) Aging Mastery Program ® starting next Wednesday, September 13. The Aging Mastery
Program ® (AMP) is a comprehensive and fun approach to aging well. It encourages adults age
55+ to take action to enhance their health, financial well-being, social connectedness, and
overall quality of life. The AMP philosophy is to empower people to cultivate health and
longevity, and to recognize that modest lifestyle changes can produce big results.

“We encourage anyone over the age of 55 to sign up for Aging Mastery,” says Gabe Goeres,
MAS Community Services Director. “The class is designed to help you navigate aging-related
issues with ease, and gives you tools to face aging with confidence and security.”
The core curriculum covers ten topics related to aging, including exercise, sleep, financial
planning, and community engagement. Classes will meet on Wednesdays 10 am to 12 pm,
starting September 13 and go through November 22 at the Missoula Aging Services office. The
cost for the class is $65, with no-cost scholarships available for Montana residents in need. Pre-
