Represented by the flowering Lapacho, a tree very characteristic of the
area, our Flor del Valle line showcases the different varietals and blends
with their various shades.

La Magdalena Wineries: An Oasis

of Flavor in the Temperate Valleys.

Discover the Temperate Valleys in the charming City of Monterrico, in the

exotic province of Jujuy, in the far Northwest of Argentina. In this magical
corner, where clay soil intertwines with deep gravel and the subtropical
climate caresses the land, our grapes are born, maturing to perfection for
the first and exciting harvest of the year in January.
 Our Story
We are a family winery made up of 10 siblings who have carried on the
tradition of working the land forever. In each wine, our respect, passion,
and love for the land are imprinted, striving to follow nature's line in terms
of the care and maintenance of the vines.

Since 2008, our 4 hectares of trellised vineyards coexist with varieties such as
Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, and Sauvignon Blanc. We offer a
unique line of young wines, with traditional vinification.

Flor del Valle: The Essence of Our Land

Inspired by and represented by the flowering Lapacho, an emblematic tree of the

region, our Flor del Valle line is a tribute to the diversity and richness of our land.
Each varietal and blend reflects a unique shade, creating a palette of flavors that
captures the essence of the Temperate Valleys.

Malbec 2022
100% Malbec

Selected grapes from our vineyard at 1000

meters above sea level in Monterrico, Jujuy.
Fermented at controlled temperature in stain-
less steel tanks, this wine captures the essence
of the semi-tropical climate and clayey soils of
the region.

Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Violet with lighter reflections.
Clean and bright.
Nose: Fresh black fruit such as blueberries and
Cassis, pink pepper, and a very subtle vegetal
side.
Palate: Soft and balanced. Medium entry,
young tannins, and gentle acidity. The fresh
black fruit bursts in the mid-palate and lingers
for a medium length of time.
Pairing: Everyday meals, braised meats, vege-
table stir-fries, tacos.
Blend 2022
Merlot-Syrah
Merlot 70%, Syrah 30%

This special blend combines selected grapes

from our own vineyard in Monterrico, Jujuy.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks captures the
unique character of the semi-tropical climate
and clayey soils.

Tasting Notes: A Sensory Journey

Appearance: A visual feast of ripe plums, red
fruits such as cherries and perfectly ripe strawbe-
rries, complemented with mentholated and
spicy notes that invite a young and vibrant
aroma.
Nose: A medium entry that awakens the senses,
revealing a very fruity and juicy character. Young
and present tannins give way to ripe black fruit,
with a spicy and fresh touch. The medium, fruity
aftertaste lingers in memory.
Palate: Repeats the experience of the nose,
with a medium entry, juicy fruit, young and
present tannins. Ripe black fruit blends with
the spicy and fresh, creating a medium,
fruity aftertaste.
Pairing: Perfect with grilled and roasted meats,
or stuffed pasta with confit tomatoes. An ideal
companion for an unforgettable dinner.
Rosé 2022
The Essence of Monterrico
Composition: A perfect balance of 50%
Malbec and 50% Sauvignon Blanc.

Hand-harvested in our own vineyard at 1000

meters above sea level in the town of Monterri-
co, Jujuy, during the second half of January.
With its semi-tropical climate and clayey soils, it
is fermented at a controlled temperature of
25°- 28°C in stainless steel tanks for 15 days,
creating a masterpiece in every bottle.

Notas de Cata:
Vista: A clear ruby with reflections of the same
color, clean and bright, that seduces at first
sight.
Nariz: Complex and highly aromatic. The two
varieties intertwine, showing sides of ripe red
fruit and exquisite notes of peaches, pineapple,
passion fruit, and white flowers.
Boca: Fresh and elegant, with a medium entry.
The same fruits that are on the nose unfold in a
complex and elegant experience.
Maridaje: Excellent to accompany pizzas of
different varieties, slow-cooked meats, and
pink fish. The final touch for an exceptional
meal.
