New Member Application
To be considered for admission, you must submit the REGISTRATION FORM and NHS APPLICATION (both
attached) with MEMBERSHIP DUES of $10 ($20, if purchasing NHS t-shirt) to Mrs. Lambert in her office/classroom
(MT Rehearsal Room 12-111) during all lunches on Tuesday, 9/12, Wednesday, 9/13 or Thursday, 9/14. Please do not
submit earlier than the dates listed. Late applications will not be considered.

NHS INDUCTION – MONDAY, OCTOBER 9 at 7 p.m.

Membership in the Harrison NHS chapter is more than just an “honor roll.” Members must exemplify qualities of
character, scholarship, leadership, and service. As a member you must fulfill the following obligations:

 Maintain a weighted cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.

 Connect via the NHS Schoology Group
 Attend regularly scheduled meetings.
 Complete 5 hours of community service per semester documented at www.harrisonarts.com.
 Participation in a minimum of two NHS sponsored events.
 Maintain an exemplary disciplinary record.
