Subject: Regarding Commission Payments for Sales and Campaigns

Dear Distributors of Beyond Natural Group Sdn. Bhd.,

We are writing to you regarding commission payments for sales and campaigns. Based on
previous experiences, we have noticed that commission payments have been delayed due
to insufficient guidelines and deadlines between the company and distributors. As a result, we
have established some guidelines for distributors to follow.

We value our business relationship with each of our distributors and appreciate the hard work
and effort that you put into the business. We want to assure you that we take this matter
seriously and are working diligently to resolve any issues that may have caused delays in
commission payments.

To ensure timely commission payments, we require the following details to be submitted by

the distributor's leader within one month of the last date of any sale or campaign:

• Customer's name
• Total payment
• Proof of the transaction, including COD payment. Please include a screenshot of the
order number, if any.
• Other additional necessary details

If any submissions are made later than one month from the last date of any sale or campaign,
the company reserves the right to decline payment.

In addition, all distributors are responsible for entering their complete information into the agent
system for payout. Payments will be made twice a month, in the first and third weeks of the
month. If any distributor requires assistance with the agent system, please contact your direct
leader.
