    Project Mabini Fuel Terminal Phase 3A Expansion 13 ML at Brgy. San Juan, Mabini, Batangas has been
    completed to the full satisfaction of the client and in full compliance with the agreed specifications.

    This further certify the acceptance of painting works done on the project mentioned
    above upon inspection of the client.
