Key Responsibilities of HSE Officer With QMS Experience
Ensure that processes needed for Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) are established,
reviewed and maintained in accordance with the ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
Responsible for HSE activities by developing and reviewing procedures, liaising with
process owners.
Responsible for initiating Management Review (MR) Meetings, Key Performance
Objectives (KPO), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the year, review and align with
Environmental, Health and Safety Policy.
Collaborate across the company to ensure that a document control procedure is in place
for the identification, storage, release, protection, retrieval, retention time and disposition
of such records.
Responsible for planning and conducting internal audits, external audits, customer audits
or other audits when required.
Perform investigation of the Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive
Actions (CAPA), Non-conformances (NCs), and have it reported and documented in a
timely manner.
Conduct ISO awareness training, safety training or other training as required.
Plan and conduct regular site inspections for environmental-related matters.
Promote and raise awareness of HSE activities by implementing training activities
(inclusive of developing training materials, training schedule, communication and
distribution).
Coordinate continual improvements of the HSE, ensuring that evidence of corrective and
preventive actions taken are recorded and reviewed.
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental programs.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
