Respected Miss Cuaresma,

I would like to apologize for not being able to attend your class on August 23, 24, and 31. I am
really sorry that I had to miss such an important lecture. On the first week of our face-to-face
class, I was in Lanao for a vacation and because of some problem which is a family feud, my
mom told me to wait for my uncle’s arrival so that I can go with him to ensure my safety. On
Aug 31, I waited for mom to send money po because at that time I didn’t have any such amount
of money.

I really hope that you will understand my situation and will forgive me for not being able to
come for the class that mentioned days. Please accept my sincere apologies and I promise that I
will do my best to make sure that these absences will not happen again.
