Abstract
The draft National Education Roadmap outlines that the vision of Indonesia's education in
2035 is "to build the Indonesian people to become lifelong learners who are superior,
continue to develop, prosper, and have noble character by cultivating Indonesian cultural
values and Pancasila. To realize the ideals set forth in the 2020-2035 Education direction
map, the strategic role of the teacher is needed as the spearhead of the program's success. The
purpose of writing this journal is to find out the teacher's role in the success of the Pancasila
student profile program and the teacher's role in the success of the Independent Teaching
Curriculum. The method used is the description method with a qualitative approach, the data
collection method is library research using studies related to various existing writings or
literature, whether in the form of books, journals, articles, theses, and other relevant sources
originating from the internet. The results of this study are the teacher's role in the success of
the Pancasila student profile program, namely by becoming a motivator, facilitator, mediator,
innovator, in the process of internalizing the character in the Pancasila student profile. Then
in carrying out their role in the success of the Free Learning Curriculum program, teachers
should play an active role in encouraging increased student academic achievement, teaching
creatively, developing themselves actively, encouraging student growth and development
holistically, becoming trainers or coaches for other teachers in centered learning. to students,
and become role models and agents of transformation for the Education ecosystem.
