THORACIC INSTRUMENTS

SUCTION IRRIGATION TUBE

Designed to enable efficient and easy aspiration and/or
irrigation during laparoscopic procedures. The
laparoscopic suction and irrigation set is designed to
enable efficient aspiration and/or irrigation during
laparoscopic procedures to keep the abdominal cavity
clear of liquids and blood.

BONE-CUTTING FORCEP
Bone Cutting Forceps are used in cardiothoracic surgery to grip,
manipulate and extract bones.

LUNG GRASPING FORCEPS

to grasp and manipulate larger tissues and organs such
as lungs. They are used in thoracotomy to separate
lung lesions in order to remove the cancerous segment.

RASPATORIES
Raspatory Instruments are used to reshape bones in
cardiovascular, neurosurgical, and orthopedic surgical
procedures.

ALLISON LUNG RETRACTORS

is a handheld, non-fixed retractor used for holding lung
tissue. It has a solid handle with a finger rest at the base
and a fixed wire spatula formed working surface.

RIB RETRACTOR
is a medical instrument used for surgical procedures. They are
involving the chest, particularly during thoracic and cardiovascular
surgeries. It is used to hold the ribs apart so that the surgeon can
access the internal organs of the chest, including the heart, lungs,
and other structures.
\BAILEY RIB CONTRACTOR
is designed to contract ribs in order to perform suturing. The
moveable blade of the instrument is helpful in approximating the
rib without hurting it.

RONGEURS
Rongeurs are like pliers with a heavy, pointed jaw. With
their heavy construction, rongeurs are used for gnawing
holes in bones during surgery.

LEBSCHE KNIFE
Lebsche Knives are used to pull open the ribs and
place them in the right place.

BRONCHUS CLAMPS
Bronchus Clamps are scissor-like surgical instruments that
allow surgeons to occlude the airflow in mainstem bronchus
or the blood flow in major blood vessels.

BONE HOLDING FORCEPS

is a specialized orthopedic device that surgeons commonly
use for grasping and mobilizing fractured bone pieces, in
order to align them into the anatomical stabilization spot.

THORACIC FORCEPS

are used to hold sutures, grasp delicate tissues and clamp

blood vessels during cardiothoracic surgeries.
HANDHELD RETRACTORS
are surgical devices that separate bodily tissues during
surgery. Unlike larger retractors, they can be held in a single
hand. Self-retaining handheld retractors can be locked into
place with no need for manual force to keep them open.

STERNUM RETRACTOR
facilitate the dissection of the arteria mammaria for coronary
bypass. Due to the retractor combined spreading and lifting
effects the side of arteria mammaria dissection is
automatically elevated while keeping the thorax open.

SCAPULA RETRACTOR
The Davidson Scapula Retractors are incredible surgical
instruments. It is suitable for cardiovascular surgery for
lateral and post-lateral thoracotomy procedures. It helps in
scapula retraction and gives better vision in exposing ribs
during thoracic opening and closure.

RIB SHEAR
are surgical instruments used in cardiothoracic surgeries to
cut bones, especially ribs. They absorb the shock of the cut
and provide an atraumatic experience.

LOBECTOMY SCISSOR
also known as thoracic scissor, are surgical instruments
used in thoracic surgery to remove lobes of the lung.

WIRE CUTTERS
are used to cut the wires used to stabilize the spine. In
joint replacement surgeries, wire cutters are used to
cut the wires used to secure the joint replacement in
place. In fracture repair surgeries, wire cutters are
used to cut the wires used to stabilize broken bones.
