The Eastern Canada Regional Sales Manager (RSM) reports directly to the GM – TFT Canada and is responsible to deliver the annual bookings
budget for the Industrial markets including Ontario Province and eastward. This Sales role requires an entrepreneurial flair, demonstrated track
record in Valves and / or Pump product and services sales. The role is a critical position in our Canadian organization and is responsible for our
most profitable customers in the region. This RSM needs to be well respected in the market and be able to work closely with our Canadian Sales
and Service centre to achieve the profitable growth goals for this business segment.
Objectives:
Operate in line with Trillium Flow Technologies policies and procedures to ensure a Zero Harm environment and follow the TFT Values,
Mission and Goals
Design and Deliver the annual bookings plan for the geographic region
Possess a hands-on orientation and can-do attitude within the extremely flexible Canadian sales and service model.
Align the product promotion strategies of the region with the overall profitable growth strategy of the Canadian business.
Embrace Trillium Flow Technologies sales team values of Positive Collaboration, Curiosity and Commitment
Align with the Trillium Flow Technologies product strategies for pumps and valves
Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly reporting as required by the Canadian / Global leadership
Utilize CRM tool (SalesForce) in the daily standard work to capture customer, opportunity, project and application details.
Personally, responsible for EPC penetration of accounts for new product
Drive effective customer capture strategies to expand the services business base
Work closely within the Global sales organization to achieve customer and channel objectives
Expand our PRV(Pressure Relive valve) STAR program within the Eastern Provinces
Participate in all meetings and projects as defined by the business leadership
Support the Annual Planning & Budgeting process
Travel as necessary to achieve customer and business requirements min 1 week a month
Evaluate, establish, and maintain channel to market that may require distribution, representative and services networks

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical

MS Office, ERP experience, Sales Force
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; and talk or hear. The employee is
occasionally required to stand; walk; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25
pounds. Specific vision abilities for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and depth perception.
Work Environment:
Industrial Workshop, Distribution and Production Facility; Industrial and Nuclear customer facilities
The noise level in portions of the work environment requires use of PPE.
