It is argue that Government in some nations are wasting money in arts instead of

investing it in health and education. I will shed light on both view and express my
own ones in the essay.

On the one hand, the arts express national cutural identity and represent the unique
personalities of the citizen of a country. In addition, there is no doubt that the
cutural characteristics of a country is an indispensible part in a supplement to the
human soul, besides, arts are able to relieve stress by engaging in artistic pursuits
like painting, music, acting, dancing. Moreover, it can be seen that arts contributes
to building a brands to attract tourists for the country, which is promotes economic
growth from tourism and masterpiece from artists.

On the other hand, health and education play a vital part of country’s growth and
maintainance. Also, it is strong belief that physical health and education is as
important as ast. Therefore, the state authorities should use financial resources for
improve infrastructure such as healthcare facilities and educational opportunities
for the purpose that enhancing citizen’s quality of life.

Take everything into account, it is essential for a Government to invest in the arts
because doing so would either enhance the tourism industry or provide better
artistic facilities. However, I considered that health and education are the foudation
for national development.
