GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

 Candidates who are participating the online choice filling for MBBS/BDS
Degree Courses will have to remit a non-refundable amount of Rs.500/-
and Refundable Security Deposit through online as a processing fee, via
Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking.

 All candidates should read the Prospectus thoroughly before starting

choice filling.

 Candidates should be carefull while choice filling.

 Seat Matrix for the Course will be available on the official websites.

 Selection committee does not take responsibility of Connectivity error.

 Admission to MBBS/BDS Degrees courses shall be made by the ONLINE

COUNSELLING on the basis of rank by applying the rule of reservation.

 The procedure for the online counselling will be available in the official
websites.

 Candidates who are absent at the scheduled time and date of online
counselling will not be considered for admission.

 Candidate could edit their Choice till Choice Locking. Once the candidate
locks his/her choice during the online counselling, it cannot be changed
later.

 Request for change of Branch / College, from one to another is not

permitted after an option has been exercised.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION:

 Candidates are requested to choose Preferred Medical Colleges from three

different districts for Certificate Verification of their originals.

 The candidates who are called for certificate verification should produce
all relevant original documents at the Certificate Verification Centre in
the stipulated date and time as mentioned in the Certificate Verification
Schedule.

 The candidates who are called for certificate verification are not
guaranteed for admission to MBBS/BDS course.

 If the preference of centre for certificate verification given by the

candidate is not available, the centre will be decided by the Selection
Committee.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOWNLOADING ALLOTMENT ORDER:

 The Selected candidate has to pay non-refundable amount of Tuition Fee

for downloading the allotment order through online via Debit Card /
Credit Card/Net Banking or RTGS.

 All candidates should make sure, sufficient fund is available at their

bank account with expanded credit limit while remitting their Tuition
Fee.

 The allotted candidates should download their provisional allotment

order and join the course in the concerned Medical College/Institution on
or before the stipulated date and time as mentioned in the Provisional
Allotment Order.

REPORTING TO ALLOTTED COLLEGE:

 The candidates should produce their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES in person

at the time of joining in their selected Colleges along with the scanned
copy of original certificates.

 If you do not report to the Head of the Institution to which you are
allotted on or before the time and date specified, your selection and / or
admission will be cancelled without any further notice.

 The Candidate selected for admission should give a self-declaration form

at the time of the reporting to the concerned College that he/she is liable
for forfeiture of selection / admission if suppression of facts, mis-
interpretation is found at any time during or after the admission to the
course.
