Functions:
-Control the activities of the GHA/GSA Ramp Handlers
-Close coordination with the Airlines and GHA for Space/revenue optimisation
-Close coordination with Ramp Handler Load Control staff and Airlines to ensure smooth arrival
and departure of cargo
-Close coordination with Customers and Cargo Handlers (SAL and SATS) to clear cutoms and
handover shipments smoothly
-Assist Airlines for Cargo Handling Contract
-Assist Airlines Customs issues
-Arrange Airlines reservation systems
-Generate sales and operations intelligence based on competing airlines cargo
-Ensure maximum uplift
-Provide customers up to date status of their shipments
-Provide up to date status of transit shipments to Origin stations
-Assist Regional Manager with upliftment reports
-Assist Regional Manager with sales and tonnage reports
-Ensure the implementation of the Quality standard at station as prescribed by the Airlines
-Build a relationship with cargo agents all over KSA to maximise sales
-Departure Flight Preparations
-Booking and Rebooking as per agent’s request
-Air waybill issuance for FlyNas, Al-Jazeera, FlyDubai, Royal Air Maroc, Pegasus, Indigo,
OmanAir, Gulf Air and Sri Lankan Airlines
