I. PERSONAL DATA
Compute your BMI using the formula: BMI = weight in kg (height in meters) ²
II. FOOD DIARY: Create your Food Diary based on your latest diet recall and
compute for the Carbohydrate, Fat and Protein content. Compute for your Calorie
content.
To calculate the total calorie content of a food or substance, use the following formula:
Calories = (grams of carbohydrates × 4) + (grams of protein × 4) + (grams of fat × 9) +
(grams of alcohol × 7).
