Application to the Australian Universities & Getting Offer

Interview, Financial & GTE Assessment by University

Receiving the Offer: 2 - 4 Weeks

Payment deposit & receive Confirmation of Enrollment (COE) Receiving the COE: 3 -10 Days
Visa Processing: 4 -12 Weeks
Total Around: 4 Months
Preparation of visa documents

Submit Visa Application Online by IECC

Submit Biometrics & Medical Report by relevant authority

Receive the Visa Grant Letter

Student Visa Costing (Australia)
The fees are consisting of four stages and are as follows:
1. Payment Stage 1: Initial Membership
IECC Membership Fee: BDT 10,000
Application Fees to Institutes (If applicable)
2. Payment Stage 2: At the time of COE Request
Minimum First Semester Fee of Approximately
$8000 to $15,000
Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC):
Full Duration (Single/Dual/Family)
3. Payment Stage 3: At the time of Visa Application
Visa App Fee : AUD 660
Medical Checkup Fee : BDT 6500 -7000/-
Biometric Fee : BDT 3000 (Approx)
Notary Translation : BDT 4,000 to BDT 5,000 (Approx.)
4. Payment Stage 4: After Visa
IECC has no Service charge after
visa.
Note:
If necessary Australian High Commission may request further documents or conduct interview before the visa grant.
IECC will not be responsible for any fake documents provided by the student.

IELTS Requirement 5.5 for Diploma, Advance
Diploma (College/ TAEF)
IELTS Requirement 6.0 for
Bachelor, 6.5 for Masters.
