List of Requirements: requirements must submit either valid
overseas employment cert (OEC) from POEA or

1. Apply Online through PRC Website by immigration on latest exit and arrival
(www.prc.gov.ph) for an appointment date.

    -Authenticated Diploma and TOR of Master's
Degree or PhD graduate/Completion Academic
Record
     -Soft copy of the application including
supporting documents in PDF format saved in
flash drive
     -Two (2) sets of Documentary Stamps
     -One (1) short brown envelope
     -Prescribed fee php500

    *Frontliner-   During the State of public

C. Professional who are unable to comply with

required CPD credit units are allowed to
execute UNDERTAKING to complete the
required CPD credit units for the next
compliance period ( Three (3) years )
