FLOW
‘Flow’ is a mindset – a way of approaching life with inquisitiveness and delight. It also describes a state of
being ‘in the zone’ while learning, performing, or completing a task. MCC students are challenged to seek and
find their ‘Flow’: the enjoyable experience, which encourages a growth mindset. At MCC FLOW is also an
acronym for the holistic formation that is intended for MCC graduates. Students grow around the pillars:
Flourish, Learning, Others, Wellbeing. Semester Reports are divided into the FLOW pillars, to indicate to
families how each student is developing.

FLOURISH
Ava-Jean is active in her chosen sport of football as a player for Peel Thunder Football Club and also helps at
Halls Head Football Club. Ava Jean is an active member of the St Peters 12 Homeroom and as St Peters Prefect
is supportive and encouraging of all members of the House. This role has enabled her to develop confidence in
herself and in her ability to communicate with others.
